The Eligibility Criteria: The Children Born Between 1st November 2020 to 1st April, 2022 may apply for Nursery class.
You must have the following documents/information at the time of applying as these are mandatory for filling the form:
→ Recent Colour passport size photo of the child and parent (in jpg/jpeg format).
→ Aadhar card of child.
→ Birth certificate of child.
→ Valid Email ID and phone number of parent.
→ Before filling the form, please read all instructions carefully including the criteria of the school.
Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, parents’ name, and date of birth correctly) in the online registration form. The date of birth, name of the applicant, father’s and mother’s name filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the birth certificate of the child. Kindly check all requisite details before final submission as no correction is allowed after submission of the hard copy of the form.
If any applicant is found to have fabricated/false information, registration will be rejected, and it will not be considered for admission.
If more than one application form is provided for one candidate, then all the forms will be rejected.
Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
The Online Registration Form will only be accepted upon successful Online Payment of the Registration FeeRs.100/-
Registration fee is non refundable/non-transferable.
Recommendation will invalidate your child’s application form.
The following documents need to be submitted physically to the school at the time of counseling (verification). Self-attested printout of the registration form & Acknowledgement Slip. Self attested copy of the original Aadhar & birth certificate of the child issued by the local municipal Corporation/Panchayat.
NOTE: Applicant must keep a copy of the print out of registration form and acknowledgement receipt for their record.
